Stacy Henry is both a friend and a former client of mine. I have always been admiring of her leadership and interpersonal style. When she shared that she was writing a book, I urged her to apply for the Sisters-in-Script grant. Of course, since I know Stacy so well, I recused myself from the voting process but our Grant Committee members decided that the book deserved our support and awarded Get Rooted! a Sisters-in-Script grant.
About the Author
Stacy Henry is a daughter of Christ, a business owner and a Human Resources leader for one of the world’s largest aerospace and defense companies. As a daughter in Christ first, she stives daily to shine the light of Jesus in both her personal and her professional endeavors. In 2019, she founded CenterBranch, a leadership development and coaching practice dedicated to helping both companies and individuals perform to their highest potential. Stacy is an ICF credentialed PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and the author of Get Rooted! Growing People and Companies Through Change; listed as a 2021 must-read by Entrepreneur Magazine and featured in Forbes.
Stacy has twenty-five years of experience from a variety of global industries where she held roles in senior leadership, HR, executive coaching and operations. She currently serves as Global Leader of Learning, Development & Organizational Effectiveness for Collins Aerospace.
When Stacy is not helping others through work and ministry, she enjoys spending time outdoors on her 25-acre retired farm in PA. She and her two very fat cats enjoy the peace and serenity of rural living.
